The Ideal Candidate
You are a C-level or senior-level revenue driver with a track record of closing complex deals, leading small but high-performing teams, and scaling sales organizations in one or more of the following sectors:
• Commercial insurance claims
• Commercial real estate (lending, valuation, services, development, or advisory)
• Commercial mortgage / CRE finance
You must be:
• A national relationship cultivator and owner.
• A producer first who leads by example
• Experienced in consultative selling, high-value transaction cycles, and key account acquisition
• Comfortable building and refining sales process, training, KPIs, and performance management frameworks
• Able to evaluate existing producers and elevate their production through hands-on leadership
• Motivated by ownership, upside, and long-term enterprise value participation
Key Responsibilities
• Drive enterprise revenue production with hands-on closing involvement
• Lead, mentor, and optimize a team of two seasoned insurance-claims sales reps
• Build scalable sales infrastructure, including pipeline strategy, forecasting, and partner development
• Develop and execute C-suite-level growth initiatives and market expansion strategies
• Represent the company in senior-level client engagements, industry conferences, and strategic negotiations
• Collaborate with the executive team on growth financing, new product lines, and opportunity evaluation
