The Role – Executive Sales Leader

The Executive Sales Leader will take command of the company’s sales organization and directly influence its next stage of expansion.  Over time, this role will replace founder-led sales responsibilities and offers a rare opportunity to lead strategy, execution, and team development in a mature yet still evolving company.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive and achieve contracted claim sales targets (major claims $1M+ focus)
  • Build and manage referral networks (attorneys, contractors, influencers)
  • Lead, hire, and develop the sales team with strong coaching and accountability
  • Engage in high-value client acquisition and major claim contract negotiations
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute growth strategy and market expansion

The Candidate Profile

  • Senior sales executive with track record in insurance, claims, restoration, or adjacent B2B service industries
  • Skilled at relationship-driven sales with long-cycle, high-value clients
  • Demonstrated leadership in building, motivating, and scaling sales organizations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a transitioning, growth-focused company
