Dan has extensive experience handling both personal and commercial lines claims, including complex and large-loss scenarios. His core strengths include loss consulting, detailed review of repair estimates and insurance policies, and negotiating settlements that maximize outcomes for the insured. He has worked with some of the largest insurance carriers in the industry, giving him a well-rounded perspective on homeowners and commercial claims processes.
In addition to his field experience, Dan has served as a property trainer and onboarding specialist for major insurance companies, where he played a key role in developing talent and training professionals in claims handling, estimating, and policy application.
His background also includes disaster response work across numerous catastrophic events, including hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, floods, and hailstorms. This hands-on experience in high-pressure environments has further strengthened his ability to manage complex claims and advocate for clients during challenging times.
Dan is currently attending the University of Southern California, where he is pursuing a Master of Science in Emergency Management with an emphasis in disaster preparedness and underwriting, further enhancing his expertise in risk and crisis response.
